IMPORTANT:Due to the current availability issues with kit items, sometimes a delivery may need to be split. The first delivery will be free, but subsequent deliveries will be charged for. The supplier will quote individually for these deliveries, depending on what they contain.
If the courier attempts to deliver a Solar Kit, but is unable to contact anyone on the phone number/s supplied by the customer, the delivery will have to be rescheduled. No deliveries can be left without a signature.
These kits MUST NOT be plugged into a socket. The final connection to the grid must be made by a qualified electrician using the appropriate RCD/RCBO. Once the connection is made to the grid, the energy will be available to all appliances that are connected to the same Mains Consumer Unit (MPAN).
